Specific Terms for Students/Parents

Due to the short-term nature of our courses, such courses cannot be canceled and/or refunded.

In the event that schools must close or in-person interaction is not allowed, any service initially intended for in-person delivery will be conducted online.

For entities, companies, or schools that have made partial payments, these payments are non-refundable. Cancellation of a course must be made at least 3 weeks in advance. Failure to do so will result in the remaining payment being enforced, and non-payment will be subject to legal proceedings.

Public holidays are not included unless specified or requested.

In-Home Tuition, Parties, or Requested Events

In the case of in-home tuition, if a student is younger than 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must be present at all times. Tutors are authorized to leave the premises if they feel uncomfortable at any time, and students/guardians have the same privilege. Smoking, drug use, or the display of disrespect is prohibited during lessons. Payments are to be made exclusively to Mazzard Photography, and discussions of payments with tutors are not permitted. Tutors are not allowed to request payment from students, and students must immediately report any such incidents.

Booking of additional slots should be discussed with Mazzard Photography.

Booking and Payment for Courses and Services

To apply and book for courses, at least 48 hours' notice is required before the session begins, with online payment being made 24 hours before the session commences. Failure to make payment on time will not confirm the rescheduled session, and if the course is on a one-to-one basis, non-payment will result in the student starting from the following session. Failure to pay will cancel the application and booking. All payments must be accompanied by proof of payment sent via email.

Online Lessons

Online lessons may not be recorded by either the tutor or student unless both parties are notified in writing. Unauthorized recording and dissemination (or non-dissemination) of lessons will be subject to legal action.

Services

Services booked via an online application form with partial payment made are non-refundable. Cancellation of the service must be done at least 3 weeks in advance. Failure to do so will result in the remaining payment being enforced, and non-payment will be subject to legal proceedings.
